The European Cartoon Center (sic) has a useful listing of forthcoming cartoon competitions. As ever, those considering submitting their work should read the terms and conditions carefully because sometimes competition organisers try to expropriate your copyright. Also beware infringing the rights of publications that you have previously sold work to: not all will be happy with the work being published elsewhere.
