The second volume of this spin-off series from Lucky Luke sees hapless hound Rin Tin Can get everything wrong all over again. Mistaking wads of dollar bills for baklava, the world’s stupidest dog manages to consume a small fortune over the course of this tale. He gets mixed up with sheep-rustlers, inadvertently becomes part of their crime gang, and ends up on wanted posters. Not exactly a great outcome for a prison guard dog.
It’s unashamedly daft and a lot of fun – the sort of things fans of Bunny vs Monkey fans should lap up. And as a gateway to the wider Lucky Luke titles, well, what’s not to like about that?
